Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with company vision
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3) for strategic opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and board members with data-driven insights
- Build partnerships with global tech leaders and academic institutions
- Mentor a team of technology futurists and innovation specialists
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory impacts on future technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale companies
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends (2018-2025 validated preferred)
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or emerging tech domains
- Executive presence with board-level presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Published thought leadership in tech strategy or innovation journals
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFTE, APF)
