Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 industry disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in quantum computing, AI governance, and climate-tech innovation
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for emerging technologies (Web4.0, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify and acquire disruptive startups
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and industry forums
- Build and mentor a team of futurist researchers and technology scouts
- Drive patent strategy and intellectual property development for 2026-relevant innovations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or corporate innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFS, Foresight Practitioner)
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and regulatory landscapes
