Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market trends impacting 2026-2030
- Develop and publish comprehensive innovation frameworks and scenario-planning documents for executive leadership
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and marketing teams to integrate future insights into product roadmaps
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Represent the company at high-impact conferences and thought leadership forums
- Drive adoption of foresight methodologies across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future trend analysis
- Proven track record in developing actionable future scenarios for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience at global forums like CES, Web Summit, or Davos
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (whitepapers, books, or major publications)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi method, system dynamics modeling)
