You'll collaborate with R&D, product development, and C-suite executives to ensure our organization remains ahead of the curve in an exponentially evolving landscape.
Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive horizon scanning for 2026+ technological, societal, and market trends
- Develop and maintain a strategic innovation roadmap with 5-year vision
- Analyze disruptive technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for commercial viability
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future opportunities
- Produce scenario analyses and risk assessments for emerging market shifts
- Advise C-suite on strategic investments in next-gen capabilities
- Represent company at global futurist forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in innovation strategy or futurist consulting
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and exponential trends
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight required
- Portfolio of published future trend analyses or white papers
