Responsibilities
- Analyze exponential technology trends (quantum computing, neurotech, climate tech) to forecast 2026 market disruptions
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps integrating emerging technologies with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype and validate next-gen concepts
- Author thought leadership publications and present at global innovation forums
- Advise executive team on future-proofing organizational capabilities and talent strategy
- Build and manage a network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Quantify ROI of innovation initiatives through scenario modeling and risk assessment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial products
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, biotech, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Published author or speaker at global tech/future conferences
- MBA or advanced degree in technology, futurism, or strategic innovation
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-to-market innovations
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi, etc.)
