Responsibilities

- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership on disruptive futures
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership on emerging societal and technological paradigms
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-state solutions
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and future-readiness
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in emerging tech forecasting methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Deep knowledge of 2026+ tech trajectories (AGI, synthetic biology, quantum AI)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
