Responsibilities
- Develop horizon-scanning frameworks to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities through 2030
- Architect strategic innovation roadmaps aligning with 2026 business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable R&D priorities
- Conduct scenario planning for geopolitical, technological, and climate-related disruptions
- Present findings to C-suite and board members through compelling data visualizations
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and other future-focused institutions
- Mentor innovation teams in emerging tech adoption and future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging tech (quantum computing, AGI, bio-convergence)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience with Delphi methodology and trend analysis frameworks
- Exceptional data visualization skills (Tableau, Power BI, D3.js)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-proofing initiatives
- Security clearance (Top Secret) due to classified project exposure
