Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotechnology, quantum computing, and societal shifts
- Develop 2026+ strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market positioning
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate foresight into corporate strategy and R&D priorities
- Deliver compelling future-state scenarios to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping 2026-ready solutions
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging technology impacts
- Manage a global network of futurists and domain experts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains (e.g., AGI, synthetic biology, neurotech)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Published thought leadership on future trends (whitepapers, journals, keynotes)
