Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market trends through 2026-2030 lens
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for product development and market positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Produce annual Future State reports with quantitative and qualitative trend analysis
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, think tanks, and innovation hubs
- Advise executive team on long-term risk mitigation and opportunity capture
- Design and implement horizon scanning frameworks using AI-powered analytics tools
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into business outcomes
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Proficiency in AI/ML tools for predictive modeling and pattern recognition
