Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, climate tech, biotech, etc.) and develop strategic foresight frameworks for 2026
- Create scenario-based models to assess business implications of emerging technologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state vision
- Produce forward-looking whitepapers and executive briefings on disruptive shifts
- Partner with R&D teams to incubate 2026-viable innovation pipelines
- Monitor geopolitical, economic, and social signals for early opportunity detection
- Design organizational resilience strategies for volatile future environments
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or corporate innovation with 2026+ planning experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of translating complex trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and risk modeling methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with C-suite experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-strategy implementations with measurable impact
