- Collaborate with C-suite to align product roadmaps with future market shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops on disruptive technology adoption scenarios
- Build and nurture a global network of futurists and academic thought leaders
- Author thought leadership content for industry publications and investor briefings
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic planning, futurism, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, neurotech)
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical storytelling
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Experience with foresight tools like Delphi methods, horizon scanning, or causal layered analysis
