Responsibilities

- Develop integrated futures scenarios and strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Conduct foresight workshops with C-suite executives across tech, healthcare, and sustainability sectors
- Author white papers on quantum computing, climate tech, and human-machine collaboration
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions
- Represent the firm at global forums like Davos and World Economic Summit
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodologies and critical thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent field
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurist research
- Expertise in emerging tech (AI, quantum, biotech) and climate adaptation
- Proven track record of publishing foresight frameworks or scenario planning models
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Fluency in at least two future-oriented methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-strategy implementations
