Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the strategic innovation roadmap for 2026-2030, aligning with long-term corporate vision
- Analyze emerging technologies, market shifts, and global trends to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to forecast industry evolution and competitive landscapes
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and marketing teams to integrate future-focused initiatives
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of strategic initiatives through KPIs and ROI analysis
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, industry experts, and thought leaders
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership content on future trends and strategic implications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Strategy, Technology Forecasting, or related field; PhD preferred
- 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating future trends into executable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
