Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech, societal patterns, and geopolitical shifts to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for enterprise clients in AI, biotech, and climate tech
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future-proofing initiatives
- Author high-impact trend reports published in Harvard Business Review and Wired
- Advolve C-suite on disruption risks and exponential growth opportunities
- Mentor junior futurists using our proprietary Foresight Framework methodology
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent certification
- 5+ years in strategic planning at Fortune 500 or Big Four consulting
- Proven track record of published trend analysis (portfolio required)
- Expertise in AI/ML, biotech convergence, and circular economy models
- Fluency in futures forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight Professional (SFP) preferred
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
