Responsibilities

- Design scenario-planning models for geopolitical and market volatility
- Produce strategic whitepapers and thought leadership for industry conferences
- Partner with venture capital teams to evaluate emerging startups
- Mentor junior futurists in foresight methodologies and strategic storytelling
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Expertise in trend forecasting with proven impact on organizational strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proficiency in foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi method, scenario planning)
- Published thought leadership in technology or sustainability publications
- Experience with AI/ML deployment in strategic decision-making
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
