Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-planning models for market evolution and competitive landscapes
- Architect strategic roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, and sustainable tech innovations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future-state visions
- Produce trend reports and whitepapers influencing product development and investment decisions
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track organizational adaptation metrics
- Partner with R&D teams to incubate 2026-relevant technologies and business models
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, climate tech)
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization capabilities
