What you'll accomplish:
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams to develop 2026+ scenario models
- Partner with Fortune 500 C-suite to redesign post-quantum business frameworks
- Pioneer neuro-ethical AI governance protocols for autonomous systems
- Produce annual Horizon Report read by 2M+ global stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Design and execute 5-year strategic foresight frameworks using predictive analytics
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to map emerging technology convergence points
- Author white papers on climate-positive tech adoption pathways
- Lead development of synthetic biology regulatory sandbox prototypes
- Curate annual Future Forward summit with 10,000+ attendees
- Advise UN task forces on AI governance for post-2026 digital sovereignty
- Mentor junior futurists through our NextGen Minds program
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Published author in peer-reviewed futures journals (e.g., Futures, Technological Forecasting)
- Expertise in probabilistic scenario modeling tools (e.g., Cross-Impact Matrix)
- Proficiency in quantum computing simulation environments
- Deep understanding of neuro-ethical AI frameworks (e.g., IEEE 7000)
- Certification in Systems Dynamics Modeling (MIT Sloan or equivalent)
- Fluency in at least two future-critical languages (Mandarin, Arabic, Spanish)
