Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research across AI, quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop and maintain a dynamic 2026 strategic roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future scenarios
- Produce thought leadership content (whitepapers, keynote presentations) positioning the company as an industry futurist
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic pioneers
- Advise C-suite on emerging risks and opportunities in exponential technology adoption
- Drive innovation sprints to prototype future-facing business models
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology strategy
- Proven track record developing future-focused roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with ability to translate complex trends into narratives
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals or major industry platforms
- Experience leading global cross-functional teams in ambiguous environments
- Proficiency in strategic foresight frameworks (e.g., scenario planning, Delphi method)
