Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in quantum computing and synthetic biology
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen human-machine interfaces for 2026 market readiness
- Author quarterly 'Future State' briefings for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for innovation velocity and track emerging tech adoption curves
- Curate a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven expertise in emerging tech ecosystems (AI, Web3, climate tech)
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-state scenarios or innovation roadmaps
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience with foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis, etc.)
- Track record of influencing organizational strategy through future-oriented insights
