Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a 2026 Strategic Foresight Framework integrating technological, economic, and socio-political trend analysis
- Produce scenario-planning models for Fortune 500 clients facing disruption in AI ethics, climate adaptation, and workforce automation
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping solutions for quantum-secure communication and decentralized identity systems
- Author executive briefings translating complex futures into actionable strategic priorities for board-level stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech incubators to capture frontier innovations
- Design resilience roadmaps for organizations navigating geopolitical volatility and supply chain reconfiguration
- Mentor a dedicated futures research team in horizon scanning and signal detection methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futures research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and emerging technology assessment (quantum, AGI, bioengineering)
- Advanced degree in Futurology, Systems Thinking, or Strategic Innovation (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership on long-term transformational trends with demonstrable executive impact
- Mastery of foresight methodologies including Delphi technique, horizon scanning, and causal layered analysis
- Experience advising C-suite executives on strategic adaptation to exponential technological change
- Portfolio showcasing future-state models for complex systems (financial markets, healthcare, energy)
- Certification in systems dynamics modeling or computational social science (required)
