- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into organizational DNA
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitor innovation pipelines
- Design and launch experimental ventures targeting 2026 market opportunities
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and industry summits
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused product development
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex future scenarios
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field

- Experience with scenario planning tools and predictive analytics platforms
