Responsibilities
- Analyze and forecast emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market trends impacting 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for clients across tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Lead strategic workshops to translate foresight into actionable business roadmaps
- Produce high-impact reports and visualizations on future workforce and economic landscapes
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Monitor geopolitical and environmental factors influencing long-term strategic decisions
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation strategy roles
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into executive-level recommendations
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to global audiences
- Demonstrated understanding of AI, biotech, and sustainable energy trajectories
