Responsibilities
- Forecast technological and societal trends through 2030 using predictive modeling and scenario planning
- Develop strategic frameworks for clients navigating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align C-suite teams on future-proof business models
- Produce horizon-scanning reports for Fortune 500 companies and government agencies
- Design innovation roadmaps integrating emerging technologies with sustainable development goals
- Represent company at Davos, CES, and futurist conferences as a thought leader
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology
- Proven track record of predicting market shifts (provide 3 case studies)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum applications, neurotech, or climate tech
- Published futurist work (books, white papers, or TED talks)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent discipline
- Fluency in trend analysis tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Innovation preferred
