Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies and market trends through 2026
- Develop and maintain a 10-year strategic roadmap for organizational innovation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable business strategies
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate emerging market opportunities
- Present trend analysis and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Establish thought leadership through white papers, conferences, and industry publications
- Monitor geopolitical and socio-economic factors affecting future business landscapes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional scenario planning and forecasting methodologies
- Strong data analytics and research synthesis capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and board members
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation
- Deep understanding of global sustainability frameworks
