Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological, economic, and social trends to forecast industry disruptions by 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for future-proofing organizational operations and market positioning
- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare for potential futures and contingency strategies
- Partner with R&D teams to prioritize innovation investments aligned with long-term vision

Qualifications

- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record of developing actionable long-term strategies for complex organizations
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
