Responsibilities
- Map emerging tech and societal trends through 2030 horizon scanning
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for quantum computing integration
- Lead cross-functional workshops on ethical AI adoption frameworks
- Advise on metaverse ecosystem development and Web3 monetization
- Author annual 'Future State' reports for executive decision-making
- Identify and mitigate disruptive threats across industry verticals
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen human-machine interfaces
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, bio-digital)
- Proven track record of translating future trends into business strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent
- Deep understanding of ethical AI governance frameworks
- Experience with Delphi methodology and trend impact analysis
- Portfolio of published future-state scenarios or thought leadership
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
