Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech/socioeconomic trends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+ landscape
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for organizational resilience
- Lead executive workshops on future-proofing business models and operational structures
- Architect innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and sustainable technologies
- Partner with R&D to translate future-vision into actionable R&D priorities
- Present foresight findings to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narratives
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFM, CFP) preferred
