Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026-2035 strategic foresight framework using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable energy
- Produce quarterly trend reports and strategic briefings for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D to translate future scenarios into tangible innovation pipelines
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Design and implement strategic risk mitigation for emerging paradigm shifts
- Present future scenarios to stakeholders and guide organizational adoption
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Deep expertise in exponential technology trends (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into business strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Exceptional scenario planning and systems thinking capabilities
- Strong network within global futurist and innovation communities
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) preferred
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
