Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in product development or innovation leadership at tech scale-ups
- Proven track record of launching 3+ market-defining products
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech)
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing multi-million dollar budgets
