Responsibilities

Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with $50M+ impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech)
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Innovation, or Strategic Foresight
- Experience with scenario planning and trend impact modeling
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Portfolio of 2020-2025 innovation initiatives with measurable outcomes
