Our Austin-based hub offers a collaborative environment where your ideas will directly impact products serving 100M+ users. You'll report directly to the Chief Innovation Officer and work alongside Nobel laureates and serial entrepreneurs.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends and geopolitical shifts to identify 2026+ innovation opportunities
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption (quantum computing, neural interfaces, synthetic biology)
- Lead ideation workshops with C-suite executives and R&D teams
- Build scenario models for disruptive market changes and regulatory impacts
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and narratives
- Mentor junior strategists in future-focused methodologies
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate foresight into development pipelines
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic innovation or technology foresight roles
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented products/services
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
- Experience with horizon scanning tools and patent analysis
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026+ innovation roadmaps
