Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, identifying emerging trends and competitive threats
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech integration
- Present strategic recommendations to investors and board members with data-driven impact analyses
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists through agile methodologies
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Oversee R&D budget allocation for high-growth technology verticals
- Author thought leadership publications on technological disruption and market adaptation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or C-suite technology leadership
- Proven track record of launching at least three market-defining tech products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, Web3 infrastructure, or biotech convergence
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training preferred
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Business Innovation, or related field
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level stakeholder management
- Published author or speaker at global tech conferences (TED, CES, etc.)
- Fluency in strategic modeling tools (e.g., scenario planning, SWOT+ analysis)
