Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, climate, biotech, geopolitics) to forecast 2026+ industry disruptions
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-ready innovation priorities
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and visualizations translating complex futures into actionable insights
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-generation solutions aligned with projected market evolutions
- Establish early-warning systems for emerging risks and opportunities in target sectors
- Represent the company at global futures conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership with proven 2020+ impact
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, Economics, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented future-strategy initiatives
- Mastery of quantitative/qualitative research tools (e.g., Delphi method, AI trend modeling)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Experience advising Fortune 500 or global institutions on transformational strategy
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
