Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive 2026 technology/market trend analysis frameworks
- Produce annual 'Future State' strategic whitepapers and scenario-planning documents
- Lead executive workshops on emerging disruption vectors and adaptation strategies
- Identify and evaluate high-impact innovation opportunities across verticals
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track organizational progress
- Build and nurture a global network of futurist thought leaders and domain experts
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and Board of Directors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- Minimum 7 years experience in strategic planning or futurist consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in future studies or business strategy
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation initiatives
