Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps using trend analysis and predictive modeling
- Lead cross-functional scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives
- Identify and quantify disruptive threats/opportunities across 15+ industries
- Design and deploy AI-powered forecasting tools for strategic decision-making
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and industry experts
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging technology impacts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or quantitative field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning and predictive modeling methodologies
- Proven track record of influencing executive-level strategy decisions
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
