- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and thought leaders
- Integrate foresight methodologies into product development and R&D processes
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership on future-facing business strategies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (Master's/PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization capabilities
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformations
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Portfolio demonstrating future-strategy implementations
