Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and societal trends impacting 2026 business landscapes
- Develop and maintain scenario-planning models for strategic decision-making under uncertainty
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership teams on future-oriented priorities
- Produce high-impact strategic reports and visualizations for executive stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and innovation labs
- Design and implement early-warning systems for emerging risks and opportunities
- Mentor junior strategists in futures-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and Web3 ecosystems
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futures or strategy publications
- Experience with futures research tools (e.g., Delphi method, backcasting)
