Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, climate resilience, biotech, quantum computing) to map 2026 strategic imperatives
- Develop scenario-based frameworks for business resilience in volatile future landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future intelligence into product roadmaps
- Produce annual 'Horizon 2026' foresight report for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Identify emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, scientists, and innovation catalysts
- Translate complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, climate tech, Web3, etc.)
- Exceptional data storytelling and scenario modeling capabilities
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on future trends (whitepapers, journals, keynotes)
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS preferred)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on future-proofing initiatives
