- Architect innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology convergence
- Facilitate executive workshops translating future insights into strategic priorities and KPIs
- Establish early-warning systems for emerging risks and opportunities in global markets
- Author thought leadership publications and presentations at industry forums
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role at Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology impact assessment
- Proficiency in futures research tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning software)
- Demonstrated experience translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
