- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-forward solutions aligned with long-term vision
- Present insights to C-suite stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narratives
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Champion innovation culture through internal workshops and thought leadership publications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven track record of translating complex trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and quantitative/qualitative research
- Deep knowledge of emerging domains: AI ethics, quantum computing, biotech convergence, climate tech
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills (Tableau, Power BI)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or relevant technical field
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., CFIP) preferred
