Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive strategic foresight framework for 2026+ market evolution
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive technologies and emerging consumer behaviors
- Produce quarterly trend briefings and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Design and implement agile innovation sprints for rapid prototyping of future-facing solutions
- Mentor a team of futurist analysts and junior strategists
- Present strategic recommendations to the board of directors and investor committees
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, futures research, or innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in predictive analytics and scenario modeling methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Experience with horizon scanning and Delphi forecasting techniques
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Business Analytics, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
