Responsibilities

- Champion cross-functional innovation workshops to embed future-thinking across organizational strategy
- Produce annual '2026 State of the Future' executive briefs with data-driven insights
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and think tanks
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight capabilities within the organization
- Present strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors and executive leadership team
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of 2026 technology drivers (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or similar institution)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic foresight implementations
- Experience with foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
