Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for 2026+ trends across AI, biotech, climate, and quantum domains
- Develop and execute strategic innovation roadmaps for 5-10 year horizons
- Facilitate scenario planning workshops with C-suite stakeholders
- Prototype future-state solutions using rapid iteration methodologies
- Build and lead a cross-disciplinary futurist team
- Present strategic insights to investors and board members
- Drive innovation portfolio allocation for emerging opportunities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future planning
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (quantum, AGI, neurotech)
- Proven track record of executing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in tech/consulting
- Strong systems thinking and scenario modeling skills
- Published thought leadership in future studies or innovation
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026+ strategic impact
