- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership with proven 5+ year forecasting success
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neuromorphic systems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Futures Research, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating technology trend analysis and scenario planning deliverables
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on technological disruption
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight (whitepapers, patents, or keynotes)
- Proficiency in forecasting tools (e.g., Delphi method, Horizon scanning software)
