Responsibilities
- Analyze exponential technology trends (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology) to map 2026 industry disruption scenarios
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating emerging technologies into enterprise ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and research teams
- Produce future scenario reports with actionable recommendations for executive stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, VCs, and academic researchers
- Design immersive technology foresight workshops for leadership teams
- Mentor junior innovators in strategic thinking and trend analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record of predicting and capitalizing on disruptive technology trends
- Expertise in scenario planning and systems thinking methodologies
