As a key member of our R&D division, you'll collaborate with quantum computing experts, AI ethicists, and biotech innovators to shape humanity's technological trajectory. Your insights will directly influence product development, investment decisions, and our global innovation strategy.
Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze emerging technologies with 3-5 year impact horizons (2026-2030)
- Develop innovation roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable R&D priorities
- Author strategic white papers on technological disruption scenarios
- Prototype future-facing solutions using rapid experimentation methodologies
- Advise C-suite on technology investment opportunities and risks
- Build and maintain global network of academic and industry futurists
Qualifications
- PhD in Technology Forecasting, Futures Studies, or related field with 5+ years experience
- Proven track record of predicting tech adoption curves (showcase portfolio)
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI safety, synthetic biology
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning, horizon scanning)
- Experience with rapid prototyping tools (Unity, TensorFlow, LabVIEW)
- Strong data visualization and storytelling capabilities for technical audiences
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry forums
