Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and emerging risks
- Produce visionary white papers and thought leadership content for Fortune 500 clients
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-state business models and customer experiences
- Establish KPIs and measurement systems for long-term strategic initiatives
- Present future outlooks to executive boards and investor forums
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization capabilities using tools like Tableau
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Shell, Delphi)
- Deep understanding of global megatrends affecting business and society
