Responsibilities
- Develop and execute AI-driven sourcing strategies using predictive modeling to identify passive candidates
- Implement generative AI tools for personalized outreach, interview scheduling, and candidate evaluation
- Architect talent pipelines for emerging tech domains (quantum computing, bio-AI, neural interfaces)
- Analyze workforce data using machine learning to predict skill gaps and retention risks
- Design automated bias-mitigation protocols for AI recruitment systems
- Lead AR/VR immersive recruitment experiences for 2026 tech roles
- Optimize ATS integrations with next-gen talent intelligence platforms
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with AI/ML or quantum computing roles
- Advanced certification in AI recruitment tools (SeekOut, Eightfold, Paradox)
- Expertise in predictive analytics for talent forecasting (SQL, Python, R)
- Experience with neural interface recruitment (BCI, VR/AR talent assessment)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing talent landscape
- Proven success implementing AI ethics frameworks in recruitment
- Portfolio showcasing AI-powered recruitment campaigns
