Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in organizational development, strategic HR, or futurist consulting.
- Deep understanding of the impact of Artificial Intelligence and automation on labor markets.
- Strong proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for workforce forecasting.
- Proven track record of leading change management initiatives in large-scale organizations.
- Excellent executive communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
- Relevant advanced degree (MBA, MSc in Future Studies, or similar) is highly preferred.
