What You Will Do:

- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire hiring lifecycle, from defining job requirements and screening resumes to conducting interviews and extending offers.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with engineering leaders and hiring managers to understand business needs and build high-performing teams.
- Talent Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to ensure continuous hiring flow.

Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for mid-to-senior level technical positions.
- Conduct in-depth technical and behavioral interviews with candidates and stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycles and engineering roles (Frontend, Backend, Full Stack).
- Proven success in closing hard-to-fill technical positions.
- Expert proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Ashby.
- Strong network within the Bay Area tech community.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
